Last updated November 1, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at hdlims.com and its content (the “Site”), operated by HDLIMS (“HDLIMS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Scope
These Terms apply to the public website only. Access to and use of the HDLIMS software service is governed by a separate written agreement between HDLIMS and the customer. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the agreement prevails for the service.
If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems, or interfere with their security or operation
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written permission
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code
- Use automated means to scrape, copy or extract content from the Site in bulk, other than standard search engine indexing
- Submit false, misleading or impersonated information through the Site’s forms
- Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages or to harass anyone
- Copy, frame or mirror the Site, or present its content as your own
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the Site, please report it to us at info@hdlims.com rather than testing it further.
Information you submit
When you submit information through the Site, for example by requesting a demo or contacting us, you agree that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Please do not submit confidential laboratory data, regulated records or sensitive personal information through the Site. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, page layouts, code and downloadable materials, are owned by HDLIMS or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to view the Site and to download or print individual pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference, provided that you keep all copyright and other notices intact. Any other use, including reproducing, modifying, distributing or republishing Site content, requires our prior written permission.
The HDLIMS name, logo and related marks are trademarks of HDLIMS. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to refer accurately to HDLIMS and its products. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site, including in comparisons or articles, are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Site or our products, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Informational content is not professional advice
The Site includes articles, guides, checklists and other materials about laboratory informatics, regulatory requirements and quality practices, including topics such as 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, data integrity and ISO/IEC 17025. This content is provided for general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, quality, validation or other professional advice, and it may not reflect the most recent changes in law, regulation or guidance.
Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.
Product descriptions on the Site are for general information. Features, availability and specifications may change. Binding commitments about the HDLIMS service are made only in a signed agreement.
No warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, HDLIMS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the content is complete, accurate or current.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Third-party links
The Site may link to websites operated by third parties, such as regulatory agencies or standards bodies. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those websites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HDLIMS and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), statute or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to the Site and to these Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “updated” date shown on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HDLIMS is established, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have jurisdiction over any such dispute, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and HDLIMS regarding your use of the Site.
