Integration questions

Does HDLIMS integrate with our chromatography data system?
Yes. HDLIMS supports bidirectional CDS integration: sample sequences are sent to the CDS and approved results, together with reports and raw data references, are returned to HDLIMS. Specific connectors depend on your CDS and version; we confirm them during discovery.
How do you connect older instruments?
The HDLIMS integration agent runs on a local PC or gateway and connects to serial, USB and network instruments, as well as file-based outputs. It buffers data securely if the network is unavailable.
Is there a public API?
Yes. All HDLIMS functionality is available through documented REST APIs, governed by the same permissions and audit trail as the user interface. Webhooks notify external systems of events such as result approval.
Who builds and maintains integrations?
Our services team or certified partners can deliver integrations as part of your project, or your own developers can build on our APIs. Integrations are monitored and versioned so upgrades do not break them.
